Kuala Lumpur: The stage is set for the AFC Cup 2015 quarter-finals draw which will take place at the Grand Millennium Hotel in the Malaysian capital city of Kuala Lumpur at 3pm on Thursday.
Eight winners of the Round of 16 matches – four clubs from West Asia and another four from East Asia – will learn their opponents in the quarter-finals which will begin in August.
Kitchee (Hong Kong), Johor Darul Ta'zim (Malaysia), Al Jaish (Syria), Kuwait SC (Kuwait), South China (Hong Kong), FC Istiklol (Tajikistan), Qadsia SC (Kuwait) and Pahang FA (Malaysia) are the quarter-finalists.
There will be no seeding or country protection, therefore, an open draw will be implemented.
