Myanmar further extended their lead a minute after the hour mark through Aung Si Thu’s second of the night.
Macau’s best chance of a frustrating night arrived with 20 minutes remaining as a superb cross from Edgar Teixeira found Leong Ka-hang, but the midfielder failed to find the target.
And Myanmar added their fourth and final goal just four minutes later as substitute Min Min Thu found the net.
