Kuala Lumpur: The journey to the AFC U-16 Women's Championship Thailand 2019 kicks off on Saturday with Round 1 of the Qualifiers.
Teams in Groups A, B, C, D and F begin their campaign to earn the right to advance to the second round of the Qualifiers, which will see eight teams vying for four places into the Finals.
DPR Korea, Korea Republic, Japan and Thailand have already qualified for the Finals next September.
