Jeonju: Head coach Kim Do-heon is looking to use the boost Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors FC gained from their 1-0 win against Selangor FC in the AFC Champions League Two™ 2024/25 to galvanise their domestic challenge.

Tiago Orobo’s first half goal provided a respite for Jeonbuk, who are involved in a relegation battle with a playoff match to come against Daegu FC on Sunday.

Jeonju: Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors FC defeated Selangor FC 1-0 to surge to the top of Group H of the AFC Champions League Two™ 2024/25 on Thursday.

Johor Bahru: Malaysia’s Johor Darul Ta’zim made home advantage count as they defeated Ulsan HD FC of Korea Republic 3-0 in their AFC Champions League Elite™ 2024/25 tie on Tuesday.

It was JDT’s second win of their campaign, both of which have come at Sultan Ibrahim Stadium as they triumphed for the third consecutive year against Ulsan, having beaten them in the 2022 and 2023 AFC Champions League™.

The loss left two-time Asian champions Ulsan against the ropes as it was their fourth consecutive defeat with no goals scored.
