AFC-JFA Pro-Diploma Course offers new opportunities for elite female coaches

Chiba: The pilot edition of the AFC-JFA Pro-Diploma Course for Elite Female Coaches kicked off on October 18, 2024, in Japan’s Chiba Prefecture, marking a new chapter in the development of women’s coaching talent in Asia.

A collaboration between the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and the Japan Football Association (JFA), the course is designed to enhance technical expertise and cultivate leadership among elite female coaches from the Confederation’s Member Associations (MAs).

Bhutan Football Federation receives AFC Grassroots Charter Silver membership renewal

Thimphu: In recognition of the Bhutan Football Federation (BFF)’s efforts to enhance grassroots football, the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has renewed its AFC Grassroots Charter Silver membership.

Since obtaining a Bronze membership in 2018, the BFF has strived to expand the reach of the beautiful game to as many people as possible and has successfully implemented grassroots programmes across 20 districts, benefiting people of all ages and abilities.
