Macau FA’s AFC Grassroots Charter Bronze Membership renewed

Macau: The Macau Football Association (AFM)’s commitment to grow a lifelong passion for the beautiful game was further underlined today after the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) extended its AFC Grassroots Charter Bronze Membership.

The extension marks the AFM’s second renewal after receiving the acclaimed Bronze Level membership in 2018 before it was renewed in 2021 for a three-year period.

AFC Grassroots Charter welcomes SAFF as latest gold member

Kuala Lumpur: The Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) became the 10th AFC Member Association (MA) to be awarded a Gold-level membership under the AFC Grassroots Charter, in recognition of its outstanding commitment to grassroots football development.

During a visit to the Kingdom earlier this month, the AFC grassroots assessors met with officials, visited training centres, and observed a robust programme supported by long-term collaborative projects between the SAFF and regional stakeholders and government bodies, including the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Sports.

Ulaanbaatar: The Mongolian Football Federation (MFF) became the latest Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Member Association (MA) to be endorsed with a silver-level membership under the AFC Grassroots Charter.

Following a visit to the MFF headquarters in the capital city of Ulaanbaatar, the AFC Grassroots panel members were presented with an overview of a wide range of activities undertaken by the MFF to grow grassroots football in the East Asian nation.

Recognised for its steadfast efforts in developing grassroots football in the region, the UAEFA became the ninth MA of the AFC to earn the highest level under the acclaimed charter.
