Al Ain boost squad with Brazilian Jorgens

Abu Dhabi: UAE Pro League side Al Ain have announced the signing of young Brazilian defender Erik Jorgens de Menezes.

The 19-year-old left-back joins former AFC Champions League winners Al Ain from Porto Alegre outfit Internacional on a three-year contract.

Doha: Renewing Akram Afif's contract and securing replacements for Gabi and Marco Fabian are top of Xavi's list after signing a one-year extension as Al Sadd head coach.
