Qingdao: China PR emerged as champions of the inaugural EAFF U15 Men’s Championship 2023 after edging Japan on penalties in the final on Friday.

The closely fought encounter saw both teams battling to a 0-0 draw over 90 minutes before China PR won the shootout 4-2.

London: Brazilian forward Philippe Coutinho joined reigning Qatar champions Al Duhail SC on a season-long loan from English Premier League side Aston Villa on Friday.
