Murcia: Saudi Arabia played to a 0-0 draw with the United States in an international friendly at the Nueva Condomina Stadium in Murcia, Spain on Tuesday.

It was the West Asian side's second goalless draw of the international window, having settled for a similar outcome against Ecuador on Friday.

Dusseldorf: Daniel Schmidt’s late penalty save earned Japan a 0-0 draw with Ecuador in Dusseldorf on Tuesday in the Samurai Blue’s final warm-up before Hajime Moriyasu names his 26-man squad for November’s FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Finals.

Schmidt kept out Ener Valencia’s 82nd minute spot-kick to ensure the Japanese, who will play Germany, Spain and Costa Rica in Qatar, ended their pre-FIFA World Cup camp in Germany undefeated following last Friday’s 2-0 victory over the United States.
