Al Zawraa forward Alaa Abbas's two goals in his side's 5-0 win at home to Emirati side Al Wasl in their Group A Matchday Two clash on Monday saw the Iraq international earn this week's accolade. Abbas' all-action display saw him register the most shots on target in this week's AFC Champions League (5), while only Beijng FC's Cedric Bakambu (13) had more touches in the opposition box than Abbas (12). One of his strikes was also nominated for Goal of the Week.
