AFC condoles passing of ANFA Acting President Lalit Krishna Shrestha

Kuala Lumpur: AFC President Shaikh Salman bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa has extended his condolences to the family and friends of All Nepal Football Association Acting President Lalit Krishna Shrestha, who has passed away at the age of 49 at his residence on Friday.

The long-time stalwart of Nepali football was running the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) as the Acting President from November 2014. He was also the President of the Three Star Club of Nepal.

The AFC President said the thoughts and prayers of the Confederation, ANFA and the rest of the Asian football community are with the family and friends of Shrestha, who is survived by his wife, daughter and son.
