Former Liverpool and Middlesbrough custodian Jones, who has four international caps to his name, arrives at the Rotterdam-based club from Eredivisie rivals NEC Nijmegen where he made 17 appearances in six months. “Brad Jones brings a lot of know-how with him,” Feyenoord technical director Martin van Geel told the club’s website. “He knows the Eredivisie and he also has international experience, due to his Liverpool period among other things. “Brad really wants to come to Feyenoord and we are delighted he is coming to strengthen us within such a short space of time,” he added.
