The MoU further focuses on knowledge sharing and exchange programmes for further development of football in both countries. The signing ceremony took place at the Embassy of Japan in London, in the presence of Greg Clarke, Chairman of The Football Association and Kohzo Tashima, President of Japan Football Association. Both Football Associations discussed as to how football exchanges can be enhanced through the signing of Partnership this time, and expressed expectations for future initiatives.
