Know Your #AFCU17 Thailand 2023 Groups!

Kuala Lumpur: With the draw for the AFC U17 Asian Cup™ Thailand 2023 completed, the 16 teams will now ramp up their preparations for the continental challenge.

The June 15-July 2 tournament featuring the next generation of stars will also offer four spots to the FIFA U17 World Cup Peru 2023.

Pipob warns Thailand against complacency

Bangkok: Head coach Pipob On-mo wants Thailand to steer clear of complacency in the AFC U17 Asian Cup™ 2023 on home soil in June.

Thailand will have ASEAN rivals Malaysia and Laos as well as Yemen for company in Group A with Pipob saying all four teams have an equal chance of advancing to the quarter-finals.

Hanoi: Vietnam may have been drawn in a challenging Group D but head coach Hoang Anh Tuan is optimistic of the Southeast Asian side's AFC U17 Asian Cup™ Thailand 2023 chances.

Chonburi: Thailand kicked off their Women’s Olympic Football Tournament Paris 2024 Asian Qualifiers Round 1 campaign with a 6-0 win over Singapore on Saturday.

Pohang: Very few clubs in Asian football can boast as rich a history as Pohang Steelers, who will be celebrating their 50th anniversary on April 1.

Founded in the east coast province of North Gyeongsang in 1973 as Pohang Iron & Steel Company FC (POSCO FC), after its owner POSCO, the club has been crowned champions of Korea Republic five times and kings of Asia on three occasions as well as winning a host of other honours in what's been a fruitful five decades.
