Kuala Lumpur: The AFC Women’s Futsal Asian Cup™ China 2025 Qualifiers shifts into full gear on Wednesday as Groups A and C enter Matchday Three while action begins in Groups B and D.

Things are starting to take shape in Group A with Thailand seeking to build on their opening win while Philippines have a chance to leapfrog Australia in Group C.

Courts in Yogyakarta and Yangon will see their opening battles as teams jostle for the nine spots on offer.

Nonthaburi: Bahrain assumed control of Group A of the AFC Women’s Futsal Asian Cup™ China 2025 Qualifiers after defeating Iraq 9-5 on Monday.

Meanwhile, Thailand began their qualifying campaign in style with an 8-1 win over Palestine.

Tashkent: The Philippines fought back against a resurgent Uzbekistan to take home a share of the spoils after a 3-3 stalemate in their AFC Women’s Futsal Asian Cup™ China 2025 Qualifiers Group C tie at the Yunusobod Sports Complex on Monday.

Australia, meanwhile, secured their second consecutive win after cruising to a 5-0 win over Kuwait.

Kuala Lumpur: Cryzan's effort for Shandong Taishan FC against Yokohama F. Marinos has been voted as the best goal of Matchday Three (East) of the AFC Champions League Elite™ 2024/25.

The Brazilian forward received almost 55 percent of the votes to finish ahead of his four challengers to advance to the semi-finals.

Riyadh: Al Hilal SFC produced a five-star performance to move back to the top of the Saudi Pro League after a 5-0 win over Al Orobah.

Jakarta: Netherlands and Barcelona great Patrick Kluivert on Sunday said he aims to take football-mad Indonesia to their first FIFA World Cup since independence, as he was officially unveiled as their new head coach.
