UAE live up to Bento's expectations

Dubai: Paulo Bento was happy with the United Arab Emirates' attacking flair and defensive resilience in their 4-0 win over Nepal on Thursday.

The victory gave UAE the early lead in Group H of the Preliminary Joint Qualification - Round 2 for the FIFA World Cup 2026 and AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027™ with Bahrain up next for them on Tuesday.
