Dinan-Léhon: DPR Korea's FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup title defence got off to a rocky start as they slumped to a 3-1 defeat against England in their opening Group B fixture on Sunday.
Two goals to Alessia Russo and another to Georgia Stanway sealed an impressive win for Mo Marley's side, while Ja Un-yong's second half goal wasn't enough to prevent DPR Korea's first Matchday One loss at the Finals since 2008.
The holders started relatively strongly, controlling the lion's share of possession and territory in the opening 20 minutes, although outside of Kim Kyong-yong's long range near-miss, the English defence looked organised and comfortable.
